24V 2.0kW hydraulic power pack | 3.2cc pump | double acting circuit
For operating single-acting cylinders or systems. Our power packs can be assembled modularly and are assembled and tested in our workshop.

The output (in liters per minute) and the pressure depend on the selected pump and motor: For a 24V motor with a power of 2.0 kW you have the following options:

Tank size: at least the contents of the cylinder(s) + pipes. You can choose from a horizontal or vertical tank structure.

Lowering valve manually operated (with lever); 12VDC, 24VDC, 230VAC/
Choice in configurator: Type 2/2 lowering valve
- NC: Normally closed: Valve must be energized to lower the cylinder (default)
- NO: Normally Open: Valve must be energized when cylinder is operated. When the valve is not actuated, the cylinder automatically lowers
Choice in configurator: Throttle valve lowering speed
- No
- Adjustable needle throttle: adjustment option to determine the bag speed. With a needle choke, the sink speed depends on the pressure. The higher the pressure, the faster the cylinder descends
- Adjustable pressure compensated throttling: Descent speed can be adjusted and will be equally fast at any pressure/weight

The power packs are tested and adjusted to the value you require. The pressure can never be higher than the maximum pressure specified in option 1 or never higher than 250 bar.
