Shipping costs depend on the size of the product and the destination; for shipping outside Europe, please contact us first for a quote. Prices, shipping and payment
When will I receive my order?
It depends on the products you ordered. Standard products are shipped within 2 working days. If you ordered a custom product or unit, it can take longer; we will then let you know the exact delivery time.
What are the shipping costs?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the size of the product and the destination. For shipping outside Europe, please contact us before placing your order so we can quote the exact shipping costs.
Where can I see the price of a custom power pack, hose or cylinder?
You can see the price of your configuration directly in the power pack configurator, the Hose Generator and the Cylinder Generator. If your application does not fit a configurator, contact us.
How can I pay?
We offer secure payment methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact and Apple Pay. You will see all available payment methods at checkout.
Can I pay later as a regular customer?
Yes. Regular customers can pay within 30 days of placing their order. New customers pay their first order in full in order to become regular customers.
Can I return a product?
Consumers can return a product within 14 days of receipt; the return shipping costs are for the customer. Consumables (oils and fluids) and custom products (cylinders, hoses and power packs) cannot be returned. See Warranty and returns for all conditions.
What warranty do I get?
We provide a standard 12-month warranty on all products we supply. In most cases the products also have a longer manufacturer's guarantee of 24 months. See Warranty and returns.

Can I collect my order?
Yes. You can collect your order at our desk at Lonnekerbrugstraat 102A, 7547 AK Enschede, the Netherlands, very close to the German border. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30.
Questions about hydraulic products
How do I adjust the pressure on a mini power pack?
In the picture below the pressure relief valve is marked in blue. To adjust the pressure:
- Remove the cap nut.
- Loosen the lock nut.
- Turn the hex key clockwise to increase the pressure, or anticlockwise to decrease it.
- Tighten the lock nut.
- Refit the cap nut.
How much power does my power pack need?
Multiply the working pressure (bar) by the flow rate (l/min) and divide by 540; the factor comes from 600 × 90% efficiency. Example: 210 bar × 5 l/min / 540 = 1.9 kW.
How do I calculate the flow rate of a pump?
Multiply the pump displacement (cc) by the motor speed (rpm) and divide by 1000. A 3.2 cc pump at 1,500 rpm delivers 4.8 l/min.
