Work pressure control at RFIK
The load valve in RFIK is directly connected to a feed-through block and ensures precise control in the working range with the built-in pressure gauge. To protect against overpressure, two bursting discs are built into the RFIK, which burst at a pressure of 440 bar and then pass through a bypass to the current around the valve. The burst disks are easily replaceable.
Scope of application
Flow, pressure and temperature, measuring liquid media and for setting the working pressure.
Operation
The SDMK flowmeter consists of a screen with sharp corners and a conical measuring piston, which presses against a spring depending on the flow. Is there no flow? Then the measuring piston closes the opening and returns to the zero position. As the flow increases, the measuring piston is the pressure difference is pressed against the calibrated spring. This makes the measuring piston equal to the flow. The magnetic force transfers data to the reading equipment. The sharp corners of the screen minimize the influence of viscosity.
